HomeServices

Six trades. One crew. One standard.

Bathrooms and kitchens are most of what we do. The same crew builds porches, lays floors, paints and re-sides homes across Walker and the greater Baton Rouge area.

Marble-look tile shower with a brass-framed glass door

01 · Bathrooms

The bathroom you keep showing people.

Tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tile showers with niches and benches, double vanities with stone tops, freestanding tubs. We take the old bathroom down to what is sound, fix what we find and build it back properly, with tile that lines up and grout that stays clean.

  • Custom tile showers, frameless glass and rain heads
  • Roll-in showers with benches and grab bars for aging in place
  • Vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust done right

Gray shaker cabinets with an island and plank flooring

02 · Kitchens

Built around how you actually cook.

Some kitchens need new counters, a backsplash and fresh paint on the cabinets. Others need a wall out, an island in and everything new. We help you figure out which one you have, then show you samples so you can see the cabinet color next to the stone before anything is ordered.

  • Quartz and granite counters, tile backsplash
  • New cabinets, refacing or repainting
  • Islands, lighting, outlets and appliance installation

Outdoor kitchen under a cedar pergola beside a white house

03 · Outdoor kitchens and porches

Made for Louisiana evenings.

Covered porches, cedar pergolas, outdoor kitchens with a grill island and a sink. Built on a proper slab or deck, with fans and lights wired in, so the space gets used from March through November.

  • Covered porches and pergolas in cedar or treated lumber
  • Grill islands, counters, sinks and storage
  • Siding tie-ins, ceilings, fans and lighting

04 · Flooring and tile

Straight lines, tight seams, clean trim.

Luxury vinyl plank for busy households, porcelain tile for baths and kitchens, hardwood where you want it to feel like hardwood. We pull the old floor, fix the subfloor and finish with new baseboard or shoe molding so nothing looks patched.

  • Waterproof luxury vinyl plank
  • Porcelain and ceramic tile, patterns and inlays
  • Engineered and solid hardwood

05 · Painting

Prep is most of the job. We do the prep.

Inside, that means patched walls, sanded trim, caulked gaps and covered floors before the first coat. Outside, it means a pressure wash, scraped and primed wood and a weather-rated paint. Two coats, clean lines, no drips on the floor.

  • Whole-home interiors or a single room
  • Exterior siding, trim, doors and shutters
  • Color help if you want it

$400Per room, typically from

06 · Siding, carpentry and pressure washing

The outside should match the inside.

Rotten boards replaced and matched, new siding and trim, porches and stairs rebuilt, and a proper pressure wash that takes the green off without stripping the paint. Small repairs are welcome. They are often how a homeowner meets us.

  • Vinyl and fiber cement siding, house wrap and flashing
  • Trim, soffit, fascia and carpentry repairs
  • Pressure washing for the house, porch and driveway

How every job runs

Walkthrough, estimate, build, walkthrough.

The same four steps whether it is a pressure wash or a primary bath.

1

Walkthrough

Oscar looks at the space with you and listens to what you want changed.

2

Written estimate

An itemized price with the scope spelled out, so you can compare and decide.

3

The build

One crew, working clean, with Oscar on site and in touch.

4

Final walkthrough

Every detail checked together before we call it finished.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the room and what bothers you about it. Oscar will tell you what he would do and what it would run.

Common questions

Before you call.

Can I buy my own tile, fixtures or vanity?
Yes. Plenty of customers pick out their own shower base, doors, tile or vanity and we install it. We can also source everything and bring samples to the walkthrough. Either way, we tell you before ordering if something will not work in the space.
How long will my bathroom take?
A refresh such as a tub-to-shower conversion runs one to two weeks. A full remodel is usually two to four. A custom primary bath with a freestanding tub and tile shower runs four to eight. The estimate gives you a schedule for your job.
Do you work outside Walker?
We are based in Walker and work across the greater Baton Rouge area. Call and ask. If it is a drive we can make, we will make it.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Pressure washing, siding repairs, a single room of paint or a new floor in one room are all on the list. Small jobs are often how a homeowner meets us before the bigger project.
Will I be dealing with Oscar or a salesperson?
Oscar. He does the walkthrough, writes the estimate and runs the crew. There is no sales office in between.
What about permits?
Ask during the walkthrough. If the scope of your job needs a permit, we plan for it before work starts rather than finding out in the middle.
